P-771 Special Operations Forces Desert Training Facility

Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build project featured new construction of a 55,001 sq. ft. Desert Warfare Training Center, which included two 1,000 sq. ft. explosive storage magazines. The facilities were designed to support various functions such as operational gear storage, applied instruction, administrative tasks, and berthing. Additionally, a road connecting the facility to the explosive magazine was constructed. The project encompassed all necessary site improvements and preparations, as well as the installation of mechanical and electrical utilities, telecommunications, landscaping, irrigation systems, drainage infrastructure, parking areas, and exterior lighting.
