P-380 Engine Repair Facility

Project Description

This project involved the construction of an Engine Repair Facility and Pilot Fit Facility for the F-35 aircraft. The project encompassed the installation of over 160 concrete piers, each reaching a depth of 70 feet, as well as the construction of a structural concrete slab for the building. The new building features masonry and metal panel wall systems. Equipment included in the buildings consists of bridge cranes and a stacker storage system, along with an elevator. Moreover, the project was designed to achieve LEED certification, incorporating features such as previous concrete paving and bio basins for sustainable water management.
