Project Description

The Mann Middle School whole site modernization project included demolition of three existing buildings and the construction of a new 48,000 sq. ft. three-story building featuring 16 classrooms and 26 administration offices. Additionally, a new 25,000 sq. ft. courtyard with four lunch court shelters was created, and a 24,000 sq. ft. asphalt play area equipped with a 1,800 sq. ft. bioswale. Other improvements included outdoor lighting, security cameras, installation of a new fire alarm system, implementation of a campus-wide public address system, provision of new visitor parking, establishment of new student drop off/pick up areas, and upgrades to the existing parking lot.
