Project Description

In this Design-Bid-Build project, the focus was to modernize a 19,000 sq. ft. existing structure. This building housed welding stations, manufacturing equipment, a lecture room, and auto repair programs. Additionally, a new 14,800 sq. ft. construction was undertaken to accommodate Heavy Truck Maintenance and Construction Trades programs, featuring lecture rooms, lab space, and a truck pit for accessing the undercarriage of vehicles. The whole site modernization also encompassed ADA compliance upgrades throughout the entire campus.
