Soltek retains a vast resource of competent in-house personnel with prior project experience as Project Managers, allowing us to provide owners with exceptional services to successfully manage and maintain the quality of their construction project. This staff includes several professionals who can be relied upon for preconstruction and construction services. Our versatile staff includes registered Architects, with one serving as the in-house Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordinator. This team conducts constructability reviews, offers design support, and contributes to turnkey projects. Soltek's personnel also comprise a Civil Engineer, a dedicated Scheduler, a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) for stormwater compliance, and seven LEED accredited professionals for sustainable design optimization. Each member possesses comprehensive expertise in construction management methodologies, covering bid packaging, value engineering, design coordination, quality control, schedule analysis, budgeting, conflict resolution, and risk assessment.
