Project Description

This Design-Assist project encompassed preconstruction and construction services and value engineering for a phased development of a new 46,486 sq. ft. medical clinic. The clinic consisted of Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Preventative Medicine facilities, as well as ancillary and administrative spaces. Supporting facilities included utilities, site improvements, parking, signage, demolition, and environmental protection measures.
