Project Description

The Grant K-8 whole site modernization project involved constructing a new two-story, eight-classroom building complete with student restrooms, a food services area, and teacher's support facilities. Additionally, a new elevator tower was erected to enhance accessibility. The whole site modernization also encompassed HVAC and fire alarm system upgrades, ADA compliance enhancements, and various site work improvements.
