Project Description

This Design-Assist project involved the construction of a 208,168 square foot three-story hotel, featuring a subterranean basement with 77 parking spaces. Additionally, Soltek constructed an adjacent 94,630 sq. ft. three-level parking structure with 261 parking spaces. The hotel featured 215 lavish guest rooms, a 5-star "Chandler’s" restaurant, a main ballroom, meeting room, board room, banquet kitchen, restaurant kitchen, grand lobby, lounge, and gift shop. The full-service luxury spa included two laconiums, whirlpool Jacuzzi hot tub spas, a 30,000 gallon pool, six treatment rooms, a nail salon, and a relaxation lounge. Native lush landscaping surrounded the entire grounds of the resort, enhancing the swimming pool and hot tub areas.
