Project Description

This Design-Bid Build project included a new construction of the two-story classroom complex spanning 59,150 sq. ft., with an additional 2,240 sq. ft. basement storage area. The structural system featured a steel buckling restraint brace frame. The project encompassed classrooms, offices, tutoring facilities, landscape and site enhancements. Additionally, it involved repairing the exterior wood fascia and soffit of the 280 sq. ft. storage building, constructing two new 312 sq. ft. masonry trash enclosures, and extending fiber optic cable for low voltage systems and the fire alarm system.
