Project Description

This Design-Build project featured the construction of a brand new two-story building. The ground floor comprised a strength and conditioning center, mobility training area, performance test and evaluation center, sports medicine rehabilitation center, private treatment rooms, performance recovery room, offices/administrative spaces, high-bay storage, a high-altitude chamber for hypoxic exercise activities, lobby, fitness area, restrooms, vending, and a lactation room. On the second floor, facilities included mobility classrooms, a mental performance training center with deprivation tanks/pods, human performance classrooms, a culinary instruction lab with dedicated stoves and ovens at each teaching station, an A/V system for presentations, mental performance evaluation rooms, shared offices, storage, and limited shower/locker rooms.
