Mission Bay High School Whole Site Modernization

Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build whole site modernization project  included several components: a new campus entry, new student drop-off/pick-up areas throughout campus, and a remodeled entry to the administrative offices. Building systems were improved with new air conditioning in classrooms and educational support spaces and upgrades to emergency communications, plumbing, sewer, and security lighting systems. Additionally, food service improvements comprised a kitchen renovation and a new lunch kiosk. The athletic facilities saw enhancements with new gym bleachers and renovated restrooms. The project also addressed accessibility and other improvements necessary to meet California Building Code requirements.
