Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build project involved the new construction of a three-story, 36,374 sq. ft. college student services facility. This facility included interior spaces for a welcome center, financial aid, admissions, cashier, counseling, and several student aid programs. The site work included installing a concrete plaza, an AC parking lot, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation systems, and a storm drain filter system.
