The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Restaurant project focused on historic renovations and repairs, updates to the existing kitchen facilities, and the construction of a new bar with attached ADA-compliant restrooms, enhancing the facility's serving capacity. The main facility, spanning 12,480 square feet, is a two-story structure featuring adobe masonry walls, with wood framing on the second floor and roof. Additionally, a new 1,180 square foot structure was built to house the bar and restrooms. This detached structure is wood-framed and rests on a concrete grade beam foundation.
