Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build project entailed a seismic retrofit of the tower in accordance with the latest Building Codes and State Interior Standards for Historic Buildings treatment. The project scope included replacing the 1964 upgrade of the tower by replacing the steel structural supports, augmenting the thickness of the tower walls, and establishing a connection between the tower and the main building.
