Project Description

This Design-Bid-Build project involved the construction of two new two-story buildings, totaling 65,851 square feet, with steel frames and cladding made of metal and glass. These buildings were located in the existing landscape area directly east of Building G, on an active college campus, and adjacent to several occupied buildings. The construction included testing, balancing, and commissioning of the buildings, along with site improvements. The buildings were designed to meet LEED Silver certification standards and were constructed with the intent to obtain LEED certification upon completion. Additionally, the project included the abatement and demolition of existing Buildings A, B, I, N2 (two buildings), T, U, V, X, as well as site restoration work and the renovation of multiple parking lots.
