Adams Elementary School Whole Site Modernization/ New Construction and San Diego Global Vision Academy New Classroom Building

Project Description

Adams Elementary School underwent a whole site modernization to upgrade HVAC systems and improve accessibility. This included the demolition of existing multi-purpose buildings and temporary classrooms. Additionally, the project involved constructing new multi-purpose classroom buildings and three early-learning classroom buildings.

For San Diego Global Visions Academy, the project encompassed demolishing existing portable buildings and the kindergarten playground and replacing them with a new two-story building. This new structure houses administration, classrooms, restrooms, a new elevator tower, and a one-story kindergarten/food server building. Furthermore, a new lunch court shelter was constructed, and both campuses received new landscaping and site fencing.
